Please take the time to read through our entire policy before booking your appointment. Booking Policies are strictly enforced. We absolutely understand that things happen and will keep that in mind. Please understand that these policies are in place for a reason. Thank you for taking the time to read and agree to the following before booking your appointment!

Appointment Policy

* A $40 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your appointment.

* All deposits go towards the total cost of your service.

* The remaining balance of your service is due at completion of your service.

* Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, card, venmo, and cashapp

* All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

 * Must be 18 years of Age for services

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

* If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment. 

* If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

* If you need to reschedule your appointment (before the 24 hours), your deposit will be good for ONE rescheduled appointment time. If you are still not able to make the appointment after rescheduling once, you forfeit the deposit & another deposit will be required to book another appointment.

No-Call/No-Show Policy

* If you are a no-call/no-show to your appointment, then you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your scheduled service. Your time is important and so is mine. Please refer to the Cancellation & Reschedule policy above.

PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time and have not been in touch with me, then your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.

After-Hour Appointments

* My work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9 am – 4 pm & Saturday from 10 am – 3 pm.

* If you are needing an appointment outside of my work hours, an additional $30 fee will be applied to your service – please text me at 601.270.9418 for approval to schedule after hours.
